Submission Guidelines
Resolution: minimum 300 dpi
Accepted Formats:
- Preferred: PDF
- Also accepted: JPG, TIF
Display Sizing:
- Full page, 7” x 10”
- 2/3 page, 4 1/2” x 10”
- ½ page (island), 4 1/2” x 7 3/8”
- ½ page (horizontal), 7” x 4 7/8”
- ½ page (vertical), 3 3/8” x 10”
- 1/3 page (square), 4 1/2” x 4 7/8”
- 1/3 page (vertical), 2 1/8” x 10”
- ¼ page (horizontal), 7” x 2 3/8”
- ¼ page (vertical), 3 3/8” x 4 7/8”
- 1/6 page, 2 1/8” x 4 7/8”
Bleed Sizing:
- Full Page, 8 3/16” x 11 3/16” (trims to 7 7/8” x 10 7/8”)
- 2/3 page, 5 1/4” x 11 1/8” (trims to 5 1/8” x 10 7/8”)
- 1/3 page, 2 7/8” x 11 1/8” (trims to 2 3/4” x 10 7/8”)
- Gutter spread bleed (each page), 7 ½” x 10”
Bleed Requirements:
- Keep live matter ½ inch from bind edge to allow for binding.
- Text should be no less than 1/4 inch inside trim.
- Recommended: submit files with bleed included – do not pre-crop.
Delivery of Materials:
- Preferred: AFS Upload Website http://www.afsinc.org/uploadsite (contact your representative for user name and password access).
- Files less than 1 MB may also be sent via email to your representative.

Straight Copy Advertising:
When Box Numbers are used in straight copy classified advertisements, they count as 10 additional words.
Position Wanted (print only)
30 words or less: $30.00.
Additional words: $0.70 each.
All Others:
30 words or less: $50.00.
Additional words: $0.70 each
